In order for this theme to work you need to have the latest version of Nova Launcher installed, version for 5.0.1 to be exact!
Let's start off with changing the search bar. Go to Nova Settings > Desktop > Search bar style and tap the style that looks like the Pixel search bar. Scroll down the same page and tap the colorful G icon. If you want to customize it to your style, feel free too.
Now let's change the dock. Go to Nova Settings > App & widget drawers and tap "Swipe to open". This will automatically change the dock and drawer to act like the pixel.
Now go to Nova Settings > Look & Feel > Icon theme and pick the icon pack you downloaded and your phone will look closely to the Pixel. I also included the Google Wallpapers app to get the wallpapers from the pixel to your phone.
